Charles Cao is the co-founder of Swan Chain and Nebula Block, and has worked at IBM and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University.
