Steve is the co-founder and CEO of TOP Network. He is a successful serial entrepreneur, and a founding employee of WebEx. From 1996 to 2003, Steve held multiple key positions at WebEx. In 2004, he founded Cenwave Communications, a video conferencing software company which was successfully sold to Huawei in 2010.
