Intent-based prediction market.

The idea is that users can express predictions with natural language intent ("war between Ukraine and Russia will end by Sept 2025").

Solvers respond with quotes on what odds they want to give on such a prediction.

If odds are accepted by the user, this effectively creates an onchain options contract with premium paid by the user and margin posted by the solver.

This is different from current prediction markets because it allows the user to lock in the odds - the same way normal betting works.

Solvers run actuarial ML for given events, estimating likelihood. They themselves can hedge using this system by creating orthogonal trades. Or, if odds change, resell their position.
