Chainalysis: Cryptocurrency Theft Projected to Exceed $4.3 Billion in 2025, Potentially Setting a Record

According to a CoinDesk report, a new report from blockchain analysis firm Chainalysis shows that 2025 could be a record year for cryptocurrency theft. If the trend continues, it is estimated that more than $4.3 billion will be stolen from cryptocurrency platforms. Chainalysis stated that hackers have already stolen more than $2.17 billion from cryptocurrency services in the first half of this year alone.
