Hong Kong Asia Holdings (01723.HK) announced that Jason Fang, the founder of Sora Ventures, has been appointed as the Chairman of the company, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and authorized representative of the company; Executive Director Wang Fengyi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent; Huang Runbin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
