Hyperlane is a permissionless interoperability protocol that facilitates cross-chain communication across various blockchain environments. It allows for message passing and asset transfers between different chains without relying on centralized intermediaries or requiring permissions. This makes it accessible to anyone, enabling developers to deploy and build cross-chain applications freely, whether on layer 1 blockchains, rollups, or app-chains.
The protocol is designed with modular security, allowing developers to configure and customize their security models using Hyperlane's Interchain Security Modules (ISM). It supports communication across multiple virtual machines (VMs), including EVM, SVM, and CosmWasm, and enables cross-VM interactions, such as asset transfers between EVM and SVM.
HYPER is the native token of the Hyperlane protocol, introduced to align incentives within the ecosystem and empower the community. It plays a vital role in securing cross-chain communication through staking and rewards participants for their contributions to protocol activity. The token is available on various networks, including Ethereum Mainnet, Base, OP Mainnet, Arbitrum One, and BSC.

What is the allocation for Hyperlane(HYPER)?
The initial total supply of HYPER will be one billion tokens, reached at 25 years. The TGE circulating supply will be 177,700,000 HYPER.
The Expansion Drop at TGE will be 7.5% of the total supply, allocated from Expansion Rewards and the Hyperlane Foundation’s Strategic Launch Provision.
